Parkline comes to Grandview Yard

Posted by Bayli Friz | December 14, 2025 | Press

The Columbus Architectural Studio has continuously partnered with Nationwide Realty Investors on the Grandview Yard complex, from The Devon to the Nationwide Office and multiple garages. Now comes one of the final pieces: Parkline. This 350+ unit multi-family complex, situated across the park opposite The Devon on a 2.5-acre lot, is set to debut in 2026.

The architecture and materiality continue to draw from the established tone and elevated urban feel of the complex. The newest addition will feature a brick façade, a signature element of the larger development. Retail spaces are located on the ground level, along with an attached parking garage to provide ample parking for both tenants and shoppers.

Natural light creates a striking arrival experience through its soaring arched glass façade.

Ground-level retail activates the streetscape, while the combination of brick and black corrugated metal reinforces the development’s elevated urban character.
