An exciting concept has been presented to Dublin City for a walkable town square featuring 15,000 sq ft of shopping, community activities, and dining options. In partnership with the Wood Companies, The Columbus Architectural Studio explores options for the almost 94,000 sq ft commercial lot.

Nine local architects, including The Studio’s own Dan Hanes, joined colleagues from across the state at AIA Ohio Advocacy Day to meet with legislators and discuss the future of the architecture profession. Key topics included expanding historic preservation tax credits, increasing affordable housing support, and voicing opposition to changes that could impact public project delivery. These conversations help shape policies that directly affect our work, our communities, and the built environment.
