Parkline, a new multi-family development, is set to occupy one of the final undeveloped sites at Grandview Yard by 2026.
The Village-like development envisions the transformation of a roughly a 7 acre lot into a quaint retail development. The Studio took a step back to understand what makes great mixed-use districts feel welcoming, walkable, and rooted in community character. With meticulous research, detailing, and client collaboration, our team designed a space that feels warm, approachable, and genuinely connected to its Dublin District neighborhood.
